How to use

Post-breakout glow-ups don’t happen overnight. Apply to clean skin morning and night after cleansing and let it do its thing.  Give it a few weeks, you’ll see…or you won’t (wink wink).

This dropper works a lil differently to others: squeeze first, then dip.

  1. Unscrew dropper and pull it up out of bottle
  2. Squeeze the rubber top before putting the dropper into the serum.
  3. Keep squeezing as you dip the tip into the serum.
  4. Release the rubber top while the tip is submerged to fill the dropper.
  5. Lift it out and squeeze again to dispense.

Is the afterglow brightening serum an exfoliating serum?

No. Afterglow is designed to brighten the appearance of skin without exfoliating it.

Why is the afterglow brightening serum different?

Acne can leave behind more than one kind of mark. Dark or brown post-breakout marks can be linked to excess pigment following inflammation, while red or pink marks can hang around due to ongoing inflammation. That's why Afterglow brings together 3% Tranexamic Acid + 3% Ectoin to take a two-pronged approach.

Tranexamic Acid helps target the appearance of post-breakout discolouration, while Ectoin helps support the skin barrier and calm the skin. Add Squalane + Hyaluronic acid for lightweight hydration, and you've got a brightening serum that understands breakout-prone skin.

Can I use the afterglow brightening serum on active breakouts?

Afterglow is designed for the marks left behind after a breakout rather than treating active breakouts. For active spots, use your targeted breakout products such as spot cleanser and spot cream.
