FAQs

Check out our most commonly asked back 2 basics range questions.

Why was the back to basics range created?

Because sometimes your skin needs less, not more. Back 2 Basics is a simple, everyday routine that cleanses and hydrates without making skincare feel complicated. It’s made for anyone starting out, stripping their routine back, or taking a break after going a little too hard on the actives. If your skin needs more targeted recovery and barrier support, that’s where the rebound range comes in.

What order do I apply the back 2 basics range in?

Start with Milky Cleanser, follow with Ectoin Serum, then finish with Gel Moisturiser. You can use the routine morning, night or both. In the morning, add SPF as your final step (alwaysss)!

Is the back 2 basics range suitable for sensitive skin?

Each step is gentle and designed to support your skin barrier, without exfoliants or harsh actives. As with any new product, patch test before first use.

Can I add other products to the back 2 basics routine?

You can if you want to use more targeted products, but you don’t need to. Check with our customer care team if you’re ever unsure.
